Link to us! We'll provide a link to you! The Logo Program enables you to exchange links to Mardigrascoconuts.Com by adding our buttons and/or banners to your web site. This also will enable those whom we do a story on, to link to the Site, to show others the press you are receiving as well. We really appreciate your help in spreading the word about us. To display any of our approved logos, follow these easy steps:

  1. Read the guidelines for use of our link logos; and
  2. Download the link logo(s) onto your web site by right clicking on the image of your choice and selecting "Copy" or "Save image as" to save the image to your hard drive or other selected location.
  3. When you have Included logo in web page and uploaded it to your server. Email us and we will return the link to you, our very next site update.

 

We respectfully asked that you please follow these Guidelines for Displaying the Mardi Gras Coconuts.Com ® ( MGC ) Logos on your  Web Site

  1. Except as MGC may authorize elsewhere, Web sites may display only the logos shown on the approved logos page. By displaying the Logos, you agree to be bound by these Guidelines.

     

  2. You may only display the Logos on your Web site(s), and not in any other manner. The Logos must always be active links to the our Website, as applicable and provided by MGC.

     

  3. GIF files for the Logos should include the words "Click here to go to Mardigrascoconuts.com", describing the significance of the Logos on your site (i.e., the Logos are links to MGC, not an endorsement of your site). You may not remove or alter this, or any other element of the Logos.

     

  4. You may only display the Logos on a web page that makes accurate references to MGC or its services. The Logos must be displayed adjacent to those references or at the bottom of the same page. Your Web page title and other trademarks and logos must appear at least as prominent as the Logos. You may not display the Logos in any manner that implies affiliation with, sponsorship, endorsement, or license by MGC, except where special permission has been given.

     

  5. Each Logo must appear by itself, with a minimum spacing (the height of the Logo) around the Logo to separate it from other graphic or textual elements on your page. The Logos may not be used as feature or design elements of any other logo.

     

  6. You may not alter the Logos in any manner, including size, proportions, colors, elements, etc., or animate, morph or otherwise distort their perspective or two-dimensional appearance.

     

  7. You may not display the Logos on any site that disparages MGC or its products or services, infringes any MGC's intellectual property or other rights, or violates any law of any jurisdiction.

     

  8. These Guidelines do not grant a license or any other right in MardiGrasCoconuts.Com logos or trademarks. MGC reserves the right in its sole discretion to terminate or modify permission to display the Logos at any time. MGC reserves the right to take action against any use that does not conform to these Guidelines, infringes any MGC intellectual property or other rights, or violates other applicable law.

     

  9. MGC DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY BE EXPRESS OR IMPLIED BY LAW REGARDING THE LOGOS, INCLUDING WARRANTIES AGAINST INFRINGEMENT.
